1. to create environment for management of businesses and day-to-day operations over the Internet/Intranet/Extranet
2. to integrate the Web with work/activity environment into a tool that is equally natural and easy to handle as paper and pencil
3. to create a dynamic web-site/work environment that is also a meeting place for interaction and that can be developed/updated by personell
